How long will my order take to arrive?

All custom pieces ready to ship will take up to 7 Business Days. However, if the items need to be made please expect 2-3 weeks production time. Please email to verify before ordering. We do offer overnight/ rush if needed. This does not include Standard Shipping Time.


What size should I order?

All Denim Jackets Run True to Size. XSmall - XXLarge
All Denim Pants have 80% Polyester and 20% Cotton. All 1 of 1’s by Jolie pieces have a incredibly high waisted fit. Did we mention amazing stretch! We recommend ordering your normal size.


Do you all provide next day shipping on items?

We offer USPS overnight (express) shipping. Orders placed using this service will arrive the following day if placed before 12 PM EST. If the order is placed after 12 PM EST within this service, it will arrive 1 day after the following day (excluding weekends, public holidays and federal holidays)


Do you offer international shipping?

Orders placed using this service will arrive 7-14 business days (excluding processing time, weekends, public holidays, federal holidays) Price may vary based on distance and weight of package. Additionally taxes, duties, or customs may be charged for some orders however you are responsible for those additional fees.

How should I take care of my Jolie pieces?

Babes remember that your pieces are delicate and we ask you take all your pieces to a professional local cleaners.


An Item I want is out of stock, what can I do?

If the item is still online, go to the product and enter your email to be notified when an item is restocked.

Sign up and subscribe for the company email newsletters (found at the bottom of our website.) Some of our newsletter shares items that have been restocked.

Can I get a refund on my order?

At this time, we do not offer refunds. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you have 3 days to return for a store gift card. Trust us, the gift card is good as cash! Follow our return policy below:

Everything can be return but remember only for store credit. The only items that can not be return if the item is on sale. There are no refunds Babes.
